Disaster Ready Quad Cities is a group of local organizations collaborating to help the Quad Cities prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.
Our members are from non-profits, governments, businesses, religious organizations and other groups of people who care about the well-being of our community when disaster strikes. Collectively, our member organizations prepare for disasters, organize response efforts during a disaster and help the community recover.

2025
In response to recent severe flooding across the Quad Cities, the Quad Cities Community Foundation has activated its Disaster Recovery Fund to support long-term recovery efforts in coordination with local partners such as Disaster Ready Quad Cities, the Scott County Emergency Management Commission, the Salvation Army, and the American Red Cross. Damage assessments are ongoing, with early reports pointing to significant unmet needs, especially among vulnerable populations. Donations to the fund are now being accepted at www.QCCommunityFoundation.org. Recovery resources and emergency supplies are available through local agencies, and residents are encouraged to contact the American Red Cross, Scott County Emergency Management, and the Salvation Army for immediate assistance. Additional support, including legal aid and grant assistance, is also available. Visit our Help and News page for more information and assistance.

2023
In partnership with Disaster Ready Quad Cities, the Quad Cities Community Foundation has set up donation opportunities to the Quad Cities Disaster Recovery Fund to support Quad Cities nonprofits supporting households impacted by the recent collapse of 324 Main Street in downtown Davenport, Iowa, and previously, for those impacted by the spring floods.
